Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you work with?

I work primarily with women and lgbtqia+ folks - however if my work resonates with you and you feel called to connect, I encourage you to reach out. I work with folks of all religious and spiritual backgrounds, mystics, witches, meditators, and seekers of all kinds. I work with creatives, stem professionals, students, parents, activists, and those who don’t fit neatly within a label. I’m proud to be sex worker friendly. My sessions are completely remote at this time and accessible over zoom.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, decreased peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion. You retain full personal autonomy while in hypnosis and cannot be controlled or told to do things you wouldn't normally do. If at any point you really felt uncomfortable, you would be fully capable of coming out of hypnosis and communicating your needs.

What is hypnosis? Is it mind control?

What can hypnotherapy be used for?

Hypnotherapy is a powerful modality that can help you to create the life you’ve only ever dared to dream of.

Just some examples:

  • Dissolve and release fears and phobias which are holding you back from living your life in the fullest way

  • Free yourself from procrastination, allowing yourself to focus on the things that bring your life meaning

  • Release self-limiting beliefs, and step into the true version of who you are and have always been

  • Alchemize trauma and negative emotions, no longer existing as a product of your traumatic experiences

  • Learn powerful tools for daily stress management and be the creator of your life

  • Release perfectionism, cultivating the inner grace to allow yourself to flourish creatively

  • Understand and begin to soften your emotional reactivity, realizing that you are in control of your life

…and so much more.

Yes! Every person goes into various states of hypnosis throughout each and every day, and everyone is capable of being hypnotized in the context of hypnotherapy.

Can anyone be hypnotized?

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, as a hypnotherapist I cannot accept insurance. I do hope this changes in the future.

Is Hypnotherapy still beneficial when done remotely?

The beautiful thing about hypnotherapy is that all you need to experience its benefits is to get comfortable and listen to the sound of my voice. Because it is done remotely, you get to experience this in the comfort of your own home without having to drive while still in your post-hypnotic glow.
